How long does it take for a shipment to arrive ?

With standard delivery in Australia, between 5-7 days.

 

What is our return/refund policy?

We do not accept refunds on change of mind purchases. However, if an item arrives broken we will happily take it back and provide a new one. If electrical we will test the item before sending it out to ensure the item is in working order.
