1972 South Pacific Touring Car Series (B&W)
This is one of the finest examples of 1970s Series Production
racing ever seen, with gun factory entries from Ford, Holden and
Chrysler all featuring strongly in a tortuous race around Sydney’s
Warwick Farm Raceway in early February 1972. This is a must-have for
muscle car fans – particularly Chrysler buffs.
1976 Sandown 400 (Colour)
More magnificent Group C touring car nostalgia immortalised by
the ABC’s lightly edited â??same day’ telecasts of the era. This
beautifully preserved, high quality colour footage is taken directly
from the 1976 Hang Ten 400 telecast from Melbourne’s Sandown Park,
capturing all the drama and excitement of the annual Bathurst 1000
warm-up at its peak.
1977 Australian Touring Car Championship (Colour)
This was a golden era for muscle car fans and the ABC’s beautifully preserved footage brings it roaring back to life!
